Bdbij (https://bdbij.ws) is an online betting and gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between bdbij and its users. By using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

Bdbij reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the website before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh. If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

A personal account is required to access services on bdbij. Accurate and up-to-date information must be provided during registration. Submitting false or incorrect information may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and all associated transactions will be voided.

• During registration, you must provide your full legal name, an active mobile number, and a valid email address.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password strictly confidential.
• Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to bdbij immediately.
• It is the user's responsibility to update their profile if any registered information changes.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

Bdbij's services are intended solely for adults aged 18 and above. Anyone under 18 is not permitted to use this platform. bdbij may request valid identity documents at any time for age verification purposes.

If a member registers with a false age and this is later confirmed, the account will be immediately closed and all transactions will be voided. Any remaining balance will be forfeited without entitlement to any claim.

• Your date of birth must be entered accurately at the time of registration.
• Bdbij reserves the right to request age verification at any time if there is reasonable suspicion.
• Your account may be temporarily suspended while a verification process is underway.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made in a third party's name or from a third-party account will be considered invalid.

• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in the cancellation of all bonuses.
• Bdbij reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If odds change, the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.

• Any bet suspected of being linked to match-fixing or manipulation will be subject to review.

• Extended period of inactivity (12 months).
• At the member's own request, for self-exclusion or account closure.
• As directed by a court order or regulatory authority.

Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any valid balance remaining in the account will be made available for withdrawal, provided no terms have been violated.

Bdbij strives to maintain the highest standards on its platform. However, bdbij will not be held responsible in the following circumstances:

• Losses or missed bets resulting from internet connection issues.
• Account credentials compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Delayed transactions due to technical issues on the part of a third-party payment provider.

• Force majeure events such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions.

Bdbij's total liability shall in no case exceed the principal amount of the transaction in question. bdbij will not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of profit, or loss of data.
